To bring this concept full-circle, I am suggesting that these farm fresh foods be served on handmade tableware.
Wheel-to-table, as a movement, means using handmade tableware thrown on the potter’s wheel as the vessel for dining. It means sourcing handmade plates for restaurants from local potters in your area. Wheel-to-table means not only supporting other small businesses, but elevating the dining experience for the consumer who knows that each element of their dinner has been crafted by human hands in their community.
