Returns

As a small business, I am eager to do everything within my power to make sure you are happy with your pottery. If you have questions or concerns about your purchase, please reach out directly so we can remedy them! 

If you would like to make a return, please email us with the subject "Return Request" within 10 days of receiving your order. Return requests are approved for items that are unused.

When your return request has been approved, please ship items at your expense within 10 days of approval. Upon receipt of returned items, your payment will be refunded minus original shipping costs. 

Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not cover the cost of return shipping. VESSEL is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during return shipping. 

The Breakdown: 

  1. Within 10 days of receipt of order you send a "Return Request" email.
  2. Your return is approved and you have 10 days from approval to package and ship pottery. (Package the return well as we are not liable to refund broken pottery.)
  3. Upon our receipt of returned pottery we will issue a refund or store credit less original shipping costs.
