Shipping Policy

Some items are finished and in-stock, and some items are made to order. If you have purchased an item from our On the Shelf page, it is in-stock and will be packaged and shipped (or hand delivered for local delivery) within 3 business days from purchase. If you purchased Pre-Order items, these are made to order and typically have a lead time of 3-4 weeks before going out for shipping.

All orders will receive shipping updates and tracking number (tracking not applicable to local delivery) emails, as well as notice of delivery emails.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase (emails should be subjected as "Cancellation Request"). We try to get your orders packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. If your order has shipped already and you would like to cancel, please see the Returns page for more details.

If you are curious about lead times for pre-order items, please reach out so we can get you an estimate.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos and details of damage. Although we cannot ensure replacement of items, as many are one of a kind, we are happy to work with you on finding a solution.
